As Head of Northern Star, Helen is focused on the core business offering, developing relationships, and innovation.
Helen has spent the last 7 years working in Talent Development and talent technologies, joining Northern Star in October 2019 from her previous role as a Client Success Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand. Prior to that Helen was as a Cornerstone client with direct accountability for the Cornerstone platform from implementation through to business as usual adoption.

Jo has spent the past 12 years implementing the Cornerstone platform for more than 100 clients. She brought this wealth of knowledge and experience to Jam Pan’s partnership with Cornerstone On Demand. At Jam Pan, Jo has worked with clients such as Quilter, Agilisys, Foster and Partners, One Housing, LW Theatres, Jefferies and The London Clinic. She has also previously worked with IKEA, ASSA ABLOY, Volvo, Scania, Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover and Red Cross.
Cornerstone SpecialistCertified in Core and LMS, Performance administration
Colin has had a long career within the telecoms industry and developed an expertise in maintaining and getting the best out of internal and external systems. He spent the last 9 years implementing, developing and supporting the Cornerstone platform within Virgin Media. Colin has worked with clients such as Swinton Insurance, Virgin Media, Bourne Leisure, Net-a-Porter, Agilisys, ACCA, Survitec, Lloyds of London, Hiscox and Quilter.

Jaime joined Northern Star as a Cornerstone Consultant in March 2020 after 6 and half years in the Professional Services sector. There she spent 5 years as a Cornerstone client on the firm’s Learning and Development team – supporting and developing the Cornerstone platform within the business.
During this time she continued to build on her wealth of Cornerstone knowledge by leading a service desk providing system support for the business.
