Helen has spent the past decade working in Talent Development (as a Cornerstone client) and talent technologies, jumping aboard with Northern Star in October 2019 directly from Cornerstone OnDemand.
Outside of work Helen is mum to Ava (and not forgetting the beloved dog, Ollie), wife to Tennis Performance Coach Jack and her passion project involves helping working mums find their confidence and ‘gumption’!

Jo has spent the past 12 years implementing the Cornerstone platform for more than 100 clients. She brought this wealth of knowledge and experience to Northern Star’s partnership with Cornerstone On Demand. At Northern Star, Jo has worked with clients such as Quilter, Agilisys, Foster and Partners, One Housing, LW Theatres, Jefferies and The London Clinic. She has also previously worked with IKEA, ASSA ABLOY, Volvo, Scania, Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover and Red Cross.

Colin has had a long career within the telecoms industry and developed an expertise in maintaining and getting the best out of internal and external systems. He spent the last 9 years implementing, developing and supporting the Cornerstone platform within Virgin Media. Colin has worked with clients such as Swinton Insurance, Virgin Media, Bourne Leisure, Net-a-Porter, Agilisys, ACCA, Survitec, Lloyds of London, Hiscox and Quilter.

Louise has been working for the past 3 years as Implementation & Integrations Consultant, helping clients to get the best from their platform and manage their data. Prior to this Louise spent 7 years working in Learning & Development at Nissan Motor Manufacturing where she led the European Cornerstone rollout.
When she’s not working Louise is also part of a 1940s inspired vocal harmony group The Doo Wop Dollies, as well as enjoying adventures with her Husband Adam, Son Finley and 2 Working Cocker Spaniels, Marley & Maisie!
Customer Support Manager
Gemma joined Northern Star as Systems Administrator in June 2020 after ten years of customer service management in the Travel and Hospitality industries. Gemma’s end user experience of LMS across industries gives insight into best practise, and her CORE certification with Cornerstone is the first of many.
Gemma’s favourite things include Earl Grey tea, Netflix, sudoku and her partner Aaron. When not in work, she spends most of her time researching bucket-list travel destinations based on the cute animals she can find there.
