The challenge
Linesight needed some tailor-made coaching for their Cornerstone ATS module. This coaching targeted their in-house recruitment team from different branches across the world, along with their System Administrators, who would be taking care of the day-to-day upkeep of their Cornerstone system.
The solution
Our Cornerstone specialist, Lauren, put together some bespoke coaching to meet Linesight’s requirements – and delivered this coaching in a series of face-to-face workshops. The workshops covered: the recruitment team’s day-to-day tasks, processes for hiring managers and approvers, and configuration training needs for System Administrators.
The result
Since these coaching sessions took place, Linesight’s team has been using the ATS module with confidence. They are working more effectively and efficiently to service the needs of the organisation and its people.
