Virgin Media have been Cornerstone clients since 2010. One of the UK’s foremost exponents of the capabilities of Learning, Performance and Talent, they have won a number of Cornerstone and industry awards.
Formerly a large team of 8, during periods of change, this number was reduced to 2. And when the longest serving Cornerstone administrator left the business, just one person was left holding the fort.
Northern Star were called upon to support with the day to day maintenance of the platform, assisting with user queries, migration of Performance Management to another tool and multiple compliance-based learning projects.
Our assistance was greater leaned upon whilst the remaining one internal administrator was signed off for an extended period – during which time, internal resource was temporarily drafted, trained and supported with 3 days per week dedicated to the client.
Virgin Media’s talent management department continued with business as usual during a particularly challenging period. And they can now ensure that their platform and users are supported with expertise in any eventuality.
