  • Admin Support – If you need us to, we can undertake your general administration across your platform. This includes day to day admin tasks such as creating learning assignments, managing OUs and groups and ensuring you’re getting the most out of your reporting & data functionality.
  • Data Review – Data gets dirty, especially in large and complex organisations. Let our team of experts review your people data and define how to improve it. We’ll also implement those improvements too, ensuring your system reflects your organisation.
  • Catalogue Review – Ahh learning content. If unmanaged, it can get outdated and out of control in no time. Let us govern your catalogue to reduce course duplication and ensure accurate descriptions are used throughout. This service helps you streamline and assess the quality of your content – giving your people a better experience.
  • Content Curation – Content is what helps your platform thrive – but when there’s a lot of it, it can be cumbersome. By compiling and deploying your learning content into audience-specific playlists, we ensure more content gets surfaced in your platform, helping to better engage learners.
  • Platform Optimisation – To keep up to date, technology needs to evolve. But it’s often hard to know where to start. Through working with your platform we’ll gain a deep understanding of how it’s being used, make recommendations on potential improvements and implement them too.

First things first. We’ll start with a discovery meeting, giving you plenty of opportunities to get us up-to-speed with the challenges you are currently having. Here we’re seeking to better understand both you and your platform’s complex, unique circumstances. This stage is super important for our team to ensure you get the most out of our partnership, and is critical for us getting to grips with your Cornerstone platform – ultimately ensuring step 2 is a success.

2. Sharing our recommendations

Off the back of our discovery meeting, our team will put together a detailed proposal of the suggested support for your platform. This will be based on everything you told us, hinged on the expertise of our in-house team.

3. Delivery of services

This is the great bit – where we get to support you. Our collection of Cornerstone experts will be established and in place as soon as possible. They’re there to lighten your load and ultimately to help amplify the capabilities of your platform.
